Combined Courses - New in 2007

These courses are run to enable more women to be able to have the benefit of using hypnosis for childbirth.

The courses comprise:

• An introductory session
• The entire programme for the antenatal classes
• A 1-1 session of hypnosis with me for each woman
• Hypnosis training in each session, comprising all the hypnotic techniques I use including some ‘HypnoBirthing® techniques
• 2 CDs
• Book ‘Childbirth Without Fear’ by Grantly Dick-Read
• Techniques for your birth partner to help you in labour
• Scripts for your birth Partner

At the end of the course, you and your birth partner will have a ‘tool box’ of hypnotic techniques, to help you during labour.

The fee for these combined courses is £230. This is a very significant saving on the cost of having the antenatal course and individual sessions of hypnosis

To optimise the potential for hypnosis training to be more beneficial if started earlier in pregnancy, these courses are open to women immediately after the 20 week scan.

These courses run mainly on Saturdays or Sundays, with about two sessions held on weekday evenings. The courses run over approximately 5-6 weeks.

You will have the most thorough and comprehensive preparation for labour available.
